CMM Inspection services

Our trained Inspection team work to verify product quality through the application of calibrated manual and automated tools and gauges.

Visual and dimensional inspections are performed both in process and upon completion of manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with all applicable dimensional tolerances and design requirements.

AIM is able to offer sub-contracted Inspection and reverse engineering services to its Customers.

Equipment
Our climate controlled metrology room is fully equipped with all of the calibrated measuring devices required to verify product conformity, including several Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs) operating industry leading software

First Article Inspection (FAI):

A.I.M. perform First Article Inspection (FAI) on new parts or to validate subsequent changes in the manufacturing process of a part if required in accordance with applicable specifications and customer expectations. Aerospace FAI is in accordance with SAE AS9102 and additional customer requirements, where applicable
