What the apprenticeship involves
As a CNC Machining Technician Apprentice at AIM, you will not be watching from the sidelines. From day one, you will be part of the team, learning precision engineering from experienced machinists who have spent careers developing skills that simply cannot be found in a classroom.
Working in partnership with Weston College, your apprenticeship combines hands-on shop floor experience with structured education, giving you a recognised qualification and the foundation of a career, all while earning a wage from day one.
